BOUNCE EXERCISE CLASSES AT STANWAY ROVERS


You don't only need to play football to keep fit - there are other ways.


Bounce is a resistance-based exercise, choreographed to banging tunes.


It involves high cardio workouts, with low impact on the body and mind.


The exercise is workout on mini trampolines, reformer pilates beds, boxing bags, spin bikes, barbells and more. 


And you can join in every Monday and Wednesday evening at Stanway Rovers Football Club.
