“HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL AND SUSTAIN A LOVE FOR THE GAME"
Within our Club, we also have over 40 youth teams. Our aim is to help your child to become the best player they can be, fulfilling their potential, whilst developing their skills and having fun. Our fully trained coaches have all the necessary safeguarding checks in place to ensure the safety of all our players and offer the best standard of training. Stanway Rovers Youth allows a clear pathway for players to progress their football with Stanway Rovers from our Under-6s Mini Rovers through to our Under-18s. In 2017, Stanway Rovers Youth Girls was established with teams are representing a range of age groups in the Essex County Girls Football League.
Stanway Rovers Youth is a club that treats all members fairly, equally, and values the individual skills, style, diverse personalities that each member brings to the club; where everyone is encouraged to and feels confident to contribute, and these contributions are valued and acknowledged – but most of all, a club where everyone enjoys their football.
NORWICH CITY FC REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
CANARIES' FLAGSHIP PARTNER CLUB FOR ESSEX.
We are delighted to announce that we have entered a partnership with Norwich City FC's Regional Development Programme.
This development shall see us become the Canaries' flagship partner club for Essex meaning that we shall receive a full package of support and opportunities alongside the two other members of the RDP family - Histon FC (Cambridgeshire) and Ware FC (Hertfordshire)
The partnership will be incredibly beneficial for Stanway Rovers YFC as it shall deliver access to fixtures, CPD events, and support for our Eastern Junior Alliance U13-U16 squads. In addition, the programme will ensure the creation and development of a professional learning environment for our players and our management staff.
