Situation Vacant at SRFC - Social Media Manager



Stanway Rovers are looking for a new Social Media Manager!!


This is a voluntary position and is a great way to gain experience by working with professionals at our club while performing an important, yet fun task for us.


Requirements for this position:

  • To have a passion for football

  • Be able to attend most of SRFC 1st team home games

    • being able to attend some 1st team away games would be fantastic

  • Good eye for the visual aesthetics of the media posts you will create

  • Good spelling and English grammar

  • Familiarity with X and Instagram

  • Basic skills on Canva


This role includes the opportunity (should you wish) to learn Wix website blogging, and the pushing of those blogs onto platforms such as X and Instagram. Full training would be provided for this.


This role is NOT limited to "doing it the way SRFC did it in the past". If you have any ideas where you think you can improve our visibility and presence on social media platforms, or anything else to do social media, then share those ideas. We are a "going forward" club and are always open to suggestions for improvement.
