ABOUT THE WOMEN'S TEAMS
The Stanway Rovers Women's Teams are part of Stanway Rovers Football club.
Our Stanway Rovers Women's Development Sessions are open to all ladies over the age of 16 that want to play football in an enjoyable environment.

No commitment, no previous experience needed, all abilities and ages welcome, progression to Sunday football available.
​
Training sessions take place every Thursday evening, 7:30pm till 9pm, at Stanway School, Winstree Road, Colchester, CO3 0QA, on their floodlit astro pitch. These sessions are run by our own very talented (ex Arsenal, Barnet and Watford) 1st Team player and Stanway Rovers Women's coach.

Our two league teams train every Thursday, 7.30-9pm, Stanway School
Both teams play in the Essex County Women's League
​
The First Team play in Division One, the Reserve Team play in Division Four.
League and competition matches take place on Sundays.
